UI Refinements and Layout Fixes Across Homepage and About Page

• Adjusted the heading “A community of open source enthusiasts” — removed unintended animation/behavior from the letter “a” for visual consistency.
• Fixed layout overflow issues to ensure proper alignment within the parent div, improving visual balance and responsiveness.
• Balanced animation duration to achieve smoother and more natural motion transitions.
• Reduced the small gap between the “About Us” menu item and its dropdown to prevent interaction issues and create a more seamless hover experience.
