This pull request implements new favicons for the Sugar Labs project, designed and exported according to the guidelines and requirements outlined in the project documentation and issue #448.

Replaced: All SVG files in public/favicons with newly designed icons, meeting the required formats and sizes.

Updated: public/Randomfavicon.js to reference the new favicon file names, ensuring they display correctly in various contexts.

These changes ensure consistent, up-to-date branding and proper favicon display across browsers and devices, fully aligning with the project's design standards.
