Refactors the Contact Us page to ensure consistency with the overall website theme and design.

Changes Made

• Hero Section: Replaced dark gradient with animated hero design using Caveat font and letter-by-letter animation
• Visual Design: Added floating gradient backgrounds and interactive effects
• Typography: Updated to consistent fonts and color schemes
• Contact Cards: Redesigned with gradient icons and improved hover effects
• Social Section: Enhanced with gradient backgrounds and better visual feedback
• Layout: Improved spacing, proportions, and responsive grid layout
• Animations: Added consistent animations with smooth transitions
• Responsive: Ensured full responsiveness across all device sizes

Testing Performed

• Tested responsiveness across different screen sizes
