Updated all outdated packages to their latest versions.
Key changes:
Fixed axios security issue (updated from 1.11.0 to 1.12.2)
Updated TypeScript, ESLint, Vite and other dev tools
Updated React Router and other dependencies
Tested the build, linting, and dev server, Everything works fine.
