This PR adds the Final Report blog post for DMP 2025. The blog concludes my project on modernizing Music Blocks’ localization system by migrating from webL10n.js to i18next and developing an AI-assisted translation pipeline.

Highlights include:

• Migration to i18next with flexible fallback strategies and JSON-based translation files.
• A context-aware AI translation system using a RAG model and Google Translate API.
• Contributor-friendly workflow enabling easier creation and updating of language files.
• Reflections on challenges, key learnings, and future directions such as adding more AI providers and building a translator review UI.

@ac-mmi this is poor work.

Insufficient detail in the post -- the first one in months -- and the commit itself doesn't show much progress in learning how to use git (e.g. multiple unrelated commits; using the main branch instead of creating a new branch).
