This PR adds the Week 02 progress report blog post for DMP 2025.
In this blog, I document further development of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model for Music Blocks, with a focus on improving output structure and retrieval quality. This includes:

• Modifying the RAG output to return dictionary-formatted results enriched with part-of-speech tagging,
• Reducing code chunk size to 5 lines above and below each relevant usage point based on mentor feedback,
• Beginning real-world testing of the RAG model with translation queries.

The blog also highlights key challenges, insights, and next steps planned for Week 03.
