This PR adds the Week 01 progress report blog post for DMP 2025.
In this blog, I document the initial work on building a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model using the core files of Music Blocks. This includes:

• Setting up the model for context-aware querying,
• Extracting msgid/ msgstr pairs from .po translation files,
• Parsing source code with Babel's AST to collect metadata-rich chunks.

The blog also outlines the challenges faced, learnings gained, and plans for the next week.
