feat: added bar lines in phrasemeaker

Summary

• highlight phrase maker measure boundaries with meter-aware barlines drawn from the active turtle’s beats-per-measure and beat unit
• derive column durations (including tuplets) to place barlines accurately without hard-coded signatures
• choose a contrasting stroke color so separators read well in both light and dark themes
