📌 Problem
Issue #4783
When selecting シ# (ti#) in Japanese, the pitch automatically converts to ミb (mib). Upon switching back to English, the pitch becomes unrecognized (ミbNaN). This breaks expected behavior and causes confusion when working across languages.
