Here is the what i have made
Load jQuery 3.7.1 from the official CDN (replaces local jQuery 2.1.4).
Canonicalize app icons to use activity/activity-icon-color-512.png in manifests.
Document the cleanup and list deprecated assets recommended for removal.
Update [README.md] to reflect the jQuery upgrade and maintenance guidance.
Note: binary file deletions (old jQuery files and legacy icons) are documented in [REMOVALS.md]. They were not removed automatically in this environment to keep the PR reviewable and reversible. See “Finish cleanup” below for exact removal commands.

#4682 Upgrade jQuery 2.1.4 → 3.7.1 — index updated to CDN jQuery 3.7.1
