search overflowing fix

When the search box was open, hovering over or clicking options in the palette caused the search box to overflow, hiding some block options.
This PR fixes the issue by ensuring that when the user hovers over or clicks on the palette section, the search box automatically minimizes.

@Aman1919 this is intentionally created as when you accidentally hover in the pallete while written something on search bar get vanished so it was actually repaired by me sometime ago this was the previous functionality what we have earlier with the search bar

yaa definately it is intentended to work like this so this change is not required so far
