Picks up the sqd-network fix that schedules a DHT lookup when a dial to a registered worker fails, instead of leaving the worker undialable until unrelated DHT traffic supplies an address. Part of NET-384 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
