0.13 Release Todo list

Final issues tracker for V0.13 release:

• gstcaps.py fails on RasPiOS Trixie, due to a breaking change in gstreamer (see https://github.com/mopidy/mopidy/pull/2200/changes)
• CSI cameras not detected properly in Jetpack 7.2
• Fix the CI so that all PR and pre-releases have a "-dev" version and filename suffix
• Fix the versioning (and CI) such that the tagged (released) version is the last commit upon release, and imcrement straight after
• Run through full testing on RasPi 4, 5, Jetson Orin, Orange Pi (?). RasPi will need RasPiOS and Ubuntu OS checks. Need to see how much of this I can CI too
• When upgrading the package, there's a few dpkg: warning: unable to delete old directory '/usr/share/rpanion-server/app/python/.venv': Directory not empty warnings. Need to ensure whole directory is removed on uninstallation
• USB cameras with fixed (dropdown list) framerates are not being displayed properly
• Fix regression issues with camera/video module (Camera regression fixes #437)
