Misc. utilities that I've found useful at various points of time.

generate_mouse_MEI_capture_sites.sh: Generate capture target regions for the mouse for use with Nimblegen to find novel mobile element insertions in the mouse.

bedGraphCorrelogram: Produce the pearson's correlation coefficient of methylation metrics held in a bedGraph file as a function of distance.

checkBin: Checks internal 'bin' fields in BAM/CRAM files and checks them for correctness.
