tic-tac-toe Game

PHP and MariaDB tic-tac-toe game.

The project was started for learning purpose, so if you want to learn or want
to share some informations or little guidance to the participants feel free to
help. The whole idea of the game will be built around PHP OOP concepts and
pattern designs embracing TDD.
