Summary
This PR adds two comprehensive assessment reports evaluating research software repositories against 25 TechRadar tools:
alpaka.md- Assessment of the Alpaka repositorypicongpu.md- Assessment of the PIConGPU repositoryTools:
At the start of the analysis, 25 tools were present in the TechRadar. Those tools are considered for the analysis and the reports.
Methodology
Both repositories were evaluated using identical systematic assessment methodology:
Both reports include detailed technical analysis, current tool usage summary, and comprehensive gap analysis with some implementation recommendations.
