To run a simple example

yarn install 
yarn example

This should make a code change (via git patch) spin-up a docker-compose based micro-service application and perform Jest tests To see the results, make sure you have installed Sprkl form the VSCode market place. If you already have then open your Sprkl dashboard (in VSCode) it should be populated.
