- The latest version is a versionless URL. This means that if it is the latest,
update-learn-page should use versionless links. We also need to add the versions to links from the previous minor (which are now not the latest)
- It may be valuable to support a parameter that can reduce the version to a major, minor pair, which is how version URLs are in Antora.
