Adds bin/e2e/sshecho, a simple Golang SSH echo server for E2E testing. It echoes back any input received on session channels and supports configuring no auth, password auth, or public key auth via urfave/cli flags. Fully unit-tested.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 734575331068824501 started by @KCarretto

Creates a new Go binary `bin/e2e/sshecho` which acts as a simple SSH
server that echoes all input back to the client. This will be useful
for testing SSH pivoting and proxying.

Features:
- Configurable port via `--port`
- No Auth by default
- Password auth via `--user` and `--password`
- Public key auth via `--pubkey`
- Handles `shell`, `exec`, and `pty-req` requests
- Includes full unit test coverage via `main_test.go`
- Cleanly shuts down via OS signals or test context via App.Metadata
