- Adds Release Please workflow on push to main
- Adds release-please-config.json (rust release type)
- Adds .release-please-manifest.json bootstrapped at 0.2.4
- Syncs Cargo.toml version from 0.1.0 to 0.2.4
- Simplifies release.yaml publish step to gh release upload only (Release Please creates the release, workflow uploads artifacts)
