SAI_MY_SID_ENTRY_ENDPOINT_BEHAVIOR_UDT6 and SAI_MY_SID_ENTRY_ENDPOINT_BEHAVIOR_UDT4 were added in SAI, control plane used to translate uDT4/6 into DT4/6, but now is sending the newer SAI behavior directly. In VPP these have the same behavior, adding translation to support SAI_MY_SID_ENTRY_ENDPOINT_BEHAVIOR_UDT6 and SAI_MY_SID_ENTRY_ENDPOINT_BEHAVIOR_UDT4 from control plane.
