Description of PR

When sairedis changed to do bulk route updates, this caused an impact to the error messages that popped up for test_duplicate_route.py. To allow sairedis change, I had earlier added a bunch of ignore logre messages to support both modes in sairedis. Now that sairedis change has merged, the logres can now be made tighter.

Summary: Update ignore and expect logre in test_duplicate_route.py for sairedis change
