WebID Profile or related resources to indicate an agent's preferred language for UI

An agent may know or have certain language skills, and they may be expressing this in their profile.

Those languages may not be the same languages that they prefer for an application to use on the UI.

So, what essentially needs to be expressed is something like:

Agents prefers to use language X (or Y, Z..) for app A or all apps.

SolidOS would also need this, and I argue, all interfaces would benefit from this.

Implemented in dokieli: solid:preferredLanguages ( "es" "en" ), an ordered RDF Collection of BCP 47 tag literals. The app uses the first language it supports; schema:knowsLanguage is the fallback when no list exists, and it seeds the list the first time the user picks a preference (which moves to the front of the list).
