Closing — these CI failures are caused by main branch state, not by the dependency update itself. The v3.14 release on feature/v3.14.0 fixed the underlying CI issues (intake pipeline path regression and PII check missing PyYAML, both introduced in the v3.14 release window). Once v3.14 merges to main, dependabot will recreate this dep update against a green CI baseline.
