Basically you just put on the heartrate monitor and run the script! Change the MONITOR_NUMBER variable to change which monitor you're taking a screenshot of. You can also easily change the HR_SPIKE_THRESHOLD variable to change when you want to start triggering screenshots. SCREENSHOT_INTERVAL is the time inbetween screenshots when your heartrate is above the threshold.
