What type of PR is this?

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR updates the installer guides and moves the following installer guides to the documentation website from the wiki.

  • Multi cluster Using devsds
  • Using Helm
  • Using Salt
  • installation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Containerized SODA for Testing

This PR also moves the location of the Ansible installation method and updates the links in the install guides pages.

These executable names may not be valid for recent releases. Can we add some notes that these steps are to be validated.

Seems many things from wiki are outdated. Not sure if we should include helm and salt ..not qualified for long..also RHEL steps are not correct
