Update signin page styling

Notes:

• In this PR, all of the changes are related to html (Vue template files) and css
• For the japanese translation in ja.json translation file, we do not need to translate it but just need to update it accordingly based on the english translation in en.json
• One new library installed which coming from nuxtjs library (@nuxtjs/google-fonts) to install new font used based on the new design
