Major updates:

  • GSL has been removed for the c_curve, gc_extrap, and lc_extrap. It is still required for bound_pop.
  • To use the bound_pop module, an extra flag must be specified during configuration (similar to HTSLib). See README for instructions.

Please download preseq-3.0.1.tar.gz, not the source code or .zip files.
