Sphero-linux-API-1.0

First release of the c++ sphero linux API, almost everything but macro/orbbasic should be working as of now. Expect quite big changes though

usage of this is not recommended and should only be used if you can't compile on your machine. anyway, use

sudo make install

to have the library put in the right place
