Just another comment... The URL is now in the SO space on nersc rather than the ACT space. I discussed with Josh Borrow about the best place to put it. At some point SOPO will become the best place, but the nersc space was best for now. |

I removed the script and fixture to convert the old lensing data to the "new" ones in the test. Everything is still passing, so I am merging this.

This updates the URL in the Lensing likelihood installation to a different tarball.
This contains both the original data and the sacc files which are otherwise created at the beginning of the tests. Without this PR this can cause an issue if someone wants to run any lensing likelihood calculations without having run the tests first.
