RFC draft-ietf-avtcore-hevc-webrtc-06 に従って、answer 時の SDP に HEVC のプロファイル情報を含めるように実装。
主な変更:
HEVC は必ずハードウェアアクセラレーションを使用するため、
ソフトウェア実装は提供しない。
