registry: add @sc1m to the registry directory

Adds @Sc1m to the registry directory.

• Registry: https://sc1m.vercel.app/r/registry.json (flat, /r/{name}.json, 40 items — 38 components + a registry:theme tokens item + a cn lib item)
• Homepage: https://sc1m.vercel.app
• Source (open source): https://github.com/maaraquel08/sc1m
• Multi-brand design system built on Base UI + Tailwind CSS v4; every component depends on its tokens item by URL so installs always carry the theme.

Requirements checklist:

• Open source and publicly accessible
• Valid JSON conforming to the registry schema (built with shadcn build)
• Flat registry — registry.json and all item files live at the registry root (/r/)
• No content property in the index's files arrays
• pnpm validate:registries checks pass (schema-validated locally)
