[WIP] Updated code to use new active_nodes_bin endpoint for snode cache

Update the session_network to use the new active_nodes_bin endpoint for retrieving the snode cache

TODO:

• Fix the onion request API call to active_nodes_bin so it actually works
• Process the response when returned from the onion request
• Update the logic used to compare the response from the 3 nodes and then write the intersection to disk
