Add New Image Locator Strategy

• Appium find_elements_by_image() Image Locator Strategy
  • using imagef strategy. Stands for Image File.

Sample Usage

Click Element                         imagef=/path/to/image

• imagef strategy only works for NATIVE Context.
• requires opencv4nodejs

@joshuariveramnltech I also dont know why I wrote that, however still looking for your reply on those comments. I would for sure like to merge this change. Following those issues are resolved.
