Adds Disensor Gate under Static Analysis. It is a composite Action (published on the GitHub Marketplace) that validates and CI-enforces residue declarations: JSON artifacts that record how each adversarial AI review event ended (one model generates, a model from another family attacks) and what the cycle could not resolve on its own. Runs no models, needs no API keys, MIT licensed. Method write-up: DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21633495. The project gates its own PRs with this Action.
