Resolve lang after lookup and 301 to the available language; pass Mongo credentials in make test so local runs work against --auth.

Substitui a busca por _id, chave que muda quando a identificação do fascículo é corrigida, para atualizar o registro existente em vez de criar um duplicado. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Após gravar o fascículo com o novo _id, atualiza Article, PressRelease e journal.last_issue, e remove o registro antigo para não deixar órfãos. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
