This pull request from Snyk correctly upgrades the validator package to version 13.15.22 to resolve a high-severity security vulnerability. The change in package.json is approved. As noted in the review comment, it is critical to manually update the package-lock.json file and include it in this PR to ensure the vulnerability is actually remediated in all environments.

This upgrade of the validator package is important for fixing a security vulnerability. However, as noted in the pull request description, Snyk failed to update the package-lock.json file.
Please make sure to run npm install locally and commit the updated package-lock.json file to this pull request. Without this step, CI/CD pipelines using npm ci will continue to use the old, vulnerable version of the package, and the vulnerability will not be fixed.
