Thanks for all of the work making this project happen.
I find it very useful to group minimized windows to the end of the list. I have added an argument, supporting variable structure, the is_minimized() test, and the conditional sort check against is_minimized when said argument is enabled.
I've been using this version personally since June on my main desktop, and understand it to be stable.
I believe this should be ready to merge, but let me know if you'd like to see any changes.
