This adds an optimizer that optimizes a weight for each metric so that the overall triangle violations are minimized across the whole graph. This also bumps the requirement for the `semantic_match_registry` to 1.0.0, since we need the new attributes that the refactored `SemanticMatchGraphs` delivers.
