Some major utility changes for myself, event organisers and end users.

• The items list is now downloaded on startup from the plugin's Github repository, meaning the plugin no longer needs to be updated entirely for a few changes to the items list.
• API-Key field added to the config. If event organisers wish to do so, they can now host a custom server to handle drops submissions, have their participants send their submissions to that server, and attach the API-Key in the header as authentication.
• A warning was added to the Webhook Link field, warning the user to make sure they trust the source, as IP addresses could be saved by the custom server host.
• Added a checkmark (for lack of a button) to test if the webhook/custom server link is set up correctly.
