Sets the status to Withdrawn in the frontmatter, the body header table and the README index (all read Draft). The proposed single-byte node-type identifier was never implemented: rskj's
co/rsk/triepackage carries no node-type discriminator or byte-tagging logic, and there is no sign of active work. Confidence in this call is medium — if the idea is still alive, Deferred may fit better than Withdrawn; happy to switch on your word.
