Draft Board-approved policies and charter refinements
To ensure that the Charter remains constitutional, and not cluttered or overly detailed, the following concepts considered as part of the drafting process were split off into discrete policies that could be adopted by the Board at a later date. Until a first Board exists and approves them, they remain starting points for future discussion.
