- removed itertools.ifilter to itertools.filter_false since ifilter is no longer supported
ros tf2 doesn't not support "/" slash while giving it to header, so made changes to this file
- made changes to xrange -> range since python3 does not support xrange - print statements had no brackets so added brackets
Initialised PKG_NAME to geographic_msgs, not sure if that is the correct one TODO: please let me know if that is the correct package we are referring to in this code
