Make sure that PR's to the main branch have a version number as title.
Older versions had no digits argument stored in the yaml. Fixes #76
Test if update_metadata() correctly handles the stage argument.
Create a data-package.json based on csv files without additional metadata.
data_package() uses the metadata generated by update_metadata()
Add a basic test for data_pacakge()
