This PR implements a weekly spending summary feature with AI-powered insights as requested in the bounty.\n\n### Changes:\n1. Backend Service: Added
get_weekly_summaryandget_weekly_ai_analysisinservices/ai.py. It calculates totals for the last 7 days and uses Gemini to provide actionable financial coaching.\n2.
