Setup

Running in a terminal

1. Clone or download the repo
2. Make sure you have a valid install of at least Python 3.8 (and you can run it from anywhere)
3. Enter the UKBinCollectionData directory
4. Run poetry install and wait to finish
5. Run poetry shell
6. Change directory to uk_bin_collection/uk_bin_collection/
7. Run the correct parser for your council
