Add a boolean option
save_ascii_mode_statemaking temporary local ascii_mode toggling byshift/ctrl/CapsLockglobal and permanent, just as toggling by switcher. The feature is especially useful in MacOS where each view (e.g. text field, table cell, tab sheet etc.) has an independent input service which calls an independent (local) rime sessionUnit test
