For generating with asciidoctor a newer version based on ubi10/ruby with current updated versions.
This version is based on ubi8-asciidoctor
How do we test this?
Provide commands/steps to test this PR.
Added a file 'local-test-steps.txt' with steps to test locally.
The test compares between the current in use image against this new image.
There should be no difference.
I have tested it locally
