Set up LCP instrumented tests

This PR:

1. Creates a new instrumented test, LcpValidationTest, in the LCP module.
2. Adds a few unit tests for LCP.
3. Sets up GitHub Actions to run instrumented tests for LCP. It's configured to run only when merging to develop or main, or manually. I think that should be sufficient enough.
4. Cleans up deprecations in the test app around Bundle.

Note: A maintainer will have to create an environment and add the 3 secrets for this to work. I named the environment LCP in the script.
