- Add GitHub Actions CI (.github/workflows/ci.yml): executes changed notebooks on push/PR, uploads failed notebooks as artifacts
- Add CHANGELOG.md with versioned history
- Add src/utils/check_binder_urls.py: parallel Binder URL validator
- Add nbstripout to requirements.txt; installed as git filter
- Update CONTRIBUTING.md: First-Time Setup section with nbstripout
- Add difficulty tags (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) and prerequisites to all README section headers
- Add difficulty legend to README intro
